Product Quality & Integrity

Our experience has shown that maintaining product integrity is achieved principally through “good housekeeping” coupled with systematic record keeping - not unlike that required for airframe and engine maintenance log books.

Product IntegrityOur Product Integrity Specialists visit all Fixed Base Operators (FBO) in our network, every year. We review, inspect and train customers to maintain the highest levels of skills and knowledge. We also offer complete classroom training on safety, testing and product handling, both on-site at individual FBOs, or in regional locations. We have computer-based training CDs, web-based training videos and interactive programs.

Wherever Chevron or Texaco branded products are sold:

  • Our product integrity system assures that the proper checks and tests are performed at each step in the distribution system
  • Procedures and tests are documented on Quality Control Record Forms and are audited on a regular basis
  • Truck drivers are certified through Chevron's Driver Certification Process and must be on our approved list of carriers
  • Strict adherence to these procedures, coupled with proper recording of events, observations and results, ensures we deliver clean, dry, on-specification fuel into your aircraft every time
