Chevron Global Aviation aggressively supports its FBOs through a national advertising campaign that features periodic advertisements throughout the year in the most widely circulated industry pilot and FBO publications. The Chevron Global Aviation features are usually full page advertisements distinctly bearing the familiar Texaco hallmark.

The general and commercial aviation publications in which Chevron Global Aviation advertises includes:

• Aviation International News
• NATA Aviation Business Journal
• AC-U-KWIK

Chevron Global Aviation’s Cooperative Advertising Program is designed to support Texaco branded Fixed Base Operators in the sale or promotion of Chevron Global Aviation Products. The program provides for 50% reimbursement to the FBO for costs associated with promotional advertising or promotional items that display the Texaco hallmark symbol. All advertisements must be related to fuel sales.

FBOs accrue one-half cent per gallon in a co-op ad account for every gallon purchased. The program is calculated on a 12-month rolling basis. Any funds accrued for more than 12 months and not spent will be lost during the 13th month.

Promotional advertising categories that are eligible for reimbursement under the Cooperative Advertising Program include:

Promotional advertising or promotional items for these categories that will bear the Texaco hallmark may require prior review and approval by Chevron Global Aviation management before the FBO incurs the expense.

Claims for reimbursement must be made within sixty (60) days from the date of any expenditure. Claims are to be submitted to Chevron Global Aviation’s office in Houston, Texas, for reimbursement using the approved Allowance Claim Form. Only claims that comply in full with Chevron Global Aviation reimbursement policies will be honored.
