Our experience has shown that product integrity is achieved principally through “good housekeeping” coupled with systematic record keeping - not unlike that required for airframe and engine maintenance log books.

Our Product Integrity Specialists make it a point to visit every Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in our network, every year. We review, inspect and train as necessary to maintain the highest levels of professionalism. We also offer complete classroom training on safety, testing and procedures-both on-site at individual FBOs, or in regional locations. We have computer-based training CDs, web-based training videos and interactive programs.

• Our product integrity system assures that the proper checks and tests are performed at each step in the distribution system.
• Procedures and tests are documented on Quality Control Record Forms and are audited on a regular basis.
